Website Launch Service Terms
These terms apply specifically to the BIZORYN $100 one-time Website Launch Service. They are separate from any annual membership or other individual service.
1. The service
A $100 Website Launch Service order covers one launch website for one business, using the business brief and materials submitted for that order. The included deliverables are listed on the What is included page, which forms part of these terms.
2. Customer responsibilities
You must provide accurate, lawful and supportable business information; working public contact details; and only names, logos, photographs or other materials you have the right to use. Do not submit passwords, payment-card information or confidential third-party data. You are responsible for reviewing every fact, claim, link, image and policy before publication.
3. Production and review
Production begins after payment is confirmed and a complete brief is submitted. BIZORYN may use technology-assisted processing to prepare the website. Technical or provider delays can occur. The private preview is provided for customer review and is not an assurance of legal, regulatory, accessibility or industry-specific compliance.
4. Revisions
Two revision rounds are included for clear copy, service, contact or layout changes to the delivered website. A revision round does not include a different business, a complete new direction, additional pages, ecommerce, booking, payments, databases, customer accounts or third-party integrations.
5. Delivery and transfer
Delivery includes the standalone website file and host-transfer instructions in Website Studio. Secure sharing is provided for convenience and may be revoked by the owner. A domain, hosting account, mailbox and third-party services are not included, and compatibility with every provider is not guaranteed.
6. Use of the delivered website
After full payment, you may use, keep and modify the delivered website for the business named in the order. BIZORYN retains its platform, internal systems, reusable methods and service materials. Customer-supplied and third-party materials remain subject to their existing ownership, licenses and terms.
7. Cancellations and refunds
If you have paid but have not submitted the website brief, contact BIZORYN promptly to request cancellation. After production begins, the fee is generally non-refundable because the customized work has started, except when required by applicable law or when BIZORYN cannot provide the included deliverables. This does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
8. No performance guarantee
BIZORYN does not guarantee a particular search ranking, indexing date, traffic level, lead volume, sales result, legal outcome, regulatory approval or uninterrupted third-party service. Search visibility depends on factors outside the delivered website, including the domain, competition, content, reputation, links and ongoing maintenance.
9. Prohibited use
The service may not be used for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive or harmful content, impersonation, credential collection, or claims the customer cannot support. BIZORYN may pause or refuse work that creates a security, legal or platform risk.
