This free tool prints payee, date, check number, amount in words, amount in figures and memo onto compatible letter-size stock. Your bank-approved stock supplies the bank, account, routing and MICR information. Sign each check after printing.
Confirm the stock dimensions and printer alignment with your bank before issuing a check. PDF generation does not transfer funds, verify available money, create a certified/cashier's check, or guarantee acceptance. This tool currently formats USD checks.

Our overlay is designed for a check at the top of a US letter sheet. Ask your bank or check supplier for matching preprinted stock and a layout specification. Check-on-middle, check-on-bottom and three-per-page sheets require different layouts. Test alignment before buying a full pack.
Printer-compatible security stock
Security paper alone is not a complete check. Blank stock requires bank-approved MICR printing that this overlay tool does not provide. Confirm laser or inkjet compatibility.
