What can I try before paying?
Use the business checkup, free money tools, growth planner, website scorecard and PDF workbooks. No payment, account or email is required for those free resources.
What am I buying?
An individual planning service gives access to the selected guided business topic, including plans, supported document analysis and revisions. Annual access covers the available planning tools across 20 topics for 12 months. Website Launch is a separate product with its own scope and two included revision rounds.
Is the annual plan required or automatically renewed?
No. You can buy a single service at its listed price. The $100 annual plan is optional and uses manual renewal. Separately purchased planning services remain available after an annual plan ends, subject to payment status.
Why is an account needed for a paid service?
Your BIZORYN account ties the purchase to your private requests, files and results. The selected service is preserved through sign-in. Free previews do not require an account.
Which payment methods can I use?
BIZORYN uses PayPal checkout. PayPal displays the methods available for your account, location and purchase. BIZORYN does not collect or store your payment-card number. No payment is taken when you simply follow a sign-in link.
When can I use a purchase?
Access becomes available after the payment provider confirms payment. Planning requests may use processing with a 24-hour target window; provider delays can occur. Check Business Support for progress and results. Website production starts after confirmed payment and a complete brief, with delivery in Website Studio.
What if a payment or delivery is unclear?
Use Check payment on an unfinished checkout before starting another purchase. If a confirmed purchase is unavailable or a deliverable is missing, email hello@bizoryn.com with your order reference and a short description. Never include passwords or payment-card details.
What about cancellations and refunds?
The Website Launch Service has published cancellation and refund terms: request cancellation before submitting the brief; after production starts, its terms generally make the customized work non-refundable except as described there. For planning-service purchase issues, contact BIZORYN with your order reference. A blanket money-back guarantee is not advertised for planning services.
Are third-party costs included?
No. External software subscriptions, domains, hosting, mailboxes, professional services and other provider charges are separate. The one-time $100 website purchase is separate from the $100 annual planning membership.
Who provides the guidance?
BIZORYN combines structured business tools with AI-assisted guidance from Milo. Review assumptions and outputs against your situation. For questions that require a qualified professional, use appropriately qualified help. There is no guaranteed revenue, ranking or business outcome.
